TAJAMI SDN. BHD. (Co. No. 1322988-K), was incorporated in Malaysia on and from 5^th July 2019 under the Companies Act 2016 as a private company, a company limited by shares. The principal activity of the company is Residential Buildings; Construction of Buildings N.E.C; Activities of Holding Companies. The company is currently registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a Grade G7 Contractor and has been duly assessed by International certifications and found to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

We provide professional client-focused construction solutions. We go above and beyond on every project and deliver on our promises with integrity.

We offer general contracting, construction management, buildings work, infrastructure work and highway engineering project work valued at over RM30 million.

Management Team

Patrick Yau Siaw Yang

CEO/ Chairman

Patrick, a Malaysian who graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with Bachelor of engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering in the year 2004. He started his career under employment as civil & structural engineer since year 2005 with RJP Sdn Bhd (formally known as Rekanan Jurutera Perunding Sdn. Bhd). During his employment with the consultant corporate, he serve as design engineer for client Tan Chong & Sons Motor Company Sdn. Bhd. , Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, APM Automotive Holdings Berhad and VCS Builders Sdn Bhd. Due to his enthusiasm in Construction industry, he further his study in year 2007 and graduated with Master Degree in Construction Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in the year 2008. He had more than 10 years site experience including design and build, site supervision, project procurement, execution while holding position as Site Supervisor, Senior Site Supervisor, Building Maintenance Director, Project Manager under employment/ appointed by Hand In Holdings Sdn Bhd and ID Benchmark Sdn Bhd. He was involving in various type of construction and remodeling projects such as steel structural work for Mercedes Benz showroom at Jalan Kapar, Klang, Selangor, Structural conctruction work for Naza-Brabus showroom at Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor, wet work for Ocar Auto Saloon & Cafe at Kampung Bukit Lanjan, Selangor, wet work for China Construction Development (M) Sdn Bhd at Agile Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, structural construction work for Chalieco Malaysia Sdn Bhd at Dang Wangi Hotel, Kuala Lumpur etc. To extend his knowledge and experiences to a higher level, he had established his own construction company Tajami Sdn Bhd by consolidating his networks and partners in the year 2019. He strongly believe that teamwork is the main key for a corporate to move further. He is the role model and motivated person in the company to guide and lead the team with the spirit to delivery work in the principal of fast and precise. Vincent Cham

Admin Manager

Cham, a Malaysian who holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University. Cham has more than 12 years of experience in managing operations with corporates and NGO. He served as General Manager in Hua Feng Hung Sdn Bhd and Hand In Holdings Sdn Bhd before he join Tajami Sdn Bhd. He manage 50 over properties at the same time mainly focus in building maintenance and property enhancement. Properties under his manage included lands, factories, commercial shop lots, offices and residential. Cham is a very friendly and self esteem person. He joined Tajami Sdn Bhd as the admin manager in the year 2019. He is playing important role in project management system and corporate administration work.
